Chosen due to price. Never again. Ship is set up strangely. Food was ok, not thrilled with selections. Smoking allowed where it shouldn’t be. Service with the exception of a very few was terrible and there were so many times we had to wait for drinks with nearly minimum staff on hand. Staff not friendly as Royal Caribbean. First day bars were out of supplies and towards the end again out of supplies, poor planning. I ended up getting sick 3 days in, from food which turned into an infection and literally just this month (from January) started the right medication.

Severe lack of bathrooms and the locations they had them were awkward and out of the way. Ocean Cay was a joke, they were out of the most popular drink supplies before we got there, unacceptable. Overall, will never chose MSC again and feel we are owed a refund for a terrible trip. One week of my like, I will never get back.
