NCL canceled Sardina, spent 2 days at Florence port which does not allow for liqour to be served. Food was disgusting and cheap, employees seemed crabby and overworked, entertainment was limitted and poor quality. Passengers appeared to cough more frequently as cruise went on, then we returned home tested covid positive. Breakfast at all restaurants was served cold and of poor quality, eggs over easy were well done, never received toast. Dinner choices were cheap, rotisary chicken, talapia, beef stroganough, all meals were horrible. No prime rib or shrimp cocktail. Definitely doing some serious cost cutting throughout the entire ship. Customer service line was usually over 40 people long and more than an hour wait. We went on NCL to Alaska in May 2022 and Croatia and Greece October 2022 and both of those cruises were great. It is apparent that either the Epic or NCL have changed because this was the worst experience in the 20 plus cruises we have done. NCL has changed and not for the better.
