The ship is long in the tooth with raggedy upholstery on seats with failing foam cushions that have been sat in so long they are shaped like peoples’ butts. The App DOES NOT WORK. Orders placed on it NEVER arrive, and the Chat function is useless, taking 45 minutes for someone to respond only to tell you the App is not working. The food in the cafeteria-style buffet is awful. Any food you order anywhere else will simply never arrive. We finally called room service from the room. After waiting ten minutes for someone to answer at 3:00 p.m., we were told due to the volume of orders, it would take 2 hours to get the food!!

On top of that, Princess cut our trip short by a day because of speed restrictions, so we’ll miss Victoria entirely. WHAT A RIPOFF!!’

So yeah, if you want to be trapped on an aging, sad ship with horrendously bad food and customer service, book Princess. Otherwise, go ANYWHERE else with your hard-earned money. Or just stay home and burn it for warmth. You’d still get better value for your money.
