Being able to visit Antarctica and experience the adventure from the comfort of a luxury ship was fantastic. NCLH (Oceania's parent company) spent years developing this program and assembled a world-class team to interpret what we were seeing so we got the most out of our time there. They offered excellent programs every day and were available for one-on-one conversations throughout the voyage.

I had no intention of writing a review, but after reading several very negative reviews, I felt compelled to do so. I find it hard to believe we were on the same ship!

First of all, this sailing was at full capacity, but probably without a full crew, just as the world is operating short-staffed at this time. This means that every one on board was working very hard, and I am a little forgiving if the service isn't perfect. Also, there was a 100% turnover of guests at Santiago which means a lot of people to disembark and a lot of people to embark (no back-to-back guests).
