I chose this cruise line because it was based out of New Jersey, price was reasonable and we sailed to Bermuda. Well for starters, for the food at the WynnJammer was buffet style 4 out of 10. The dinner was ok, and that was only due to the Optimal service from Ruel and Jeanese. Next. The cabin, bed was as hard as an ironing board(cot), towels stained and the carpets in and out of the rooms were SMELLY with odor of mildew and funk. The bathroom was not cleaned, the attendees very nice. Now not only was we not made aware of the 19% gratuity charges daily to our card ($16.99 day) BUT once I recieved my final invoice the day after I was charged an additional $415.00 of unauthorized charges on my card. As far as entertainment it was nice, though it was repeated. The jewelry store sales reps EXTRA pushy. My daughters brand new luggage wheels broken off, and the housekeeper said to her on our way out to leave the ship, you should have called us to have it fixed or replaced. Why didn't she say something on day 1? The stores all raised their prices up on the night before our last day, Her Burberry perfume was $90 then$160 for the exact same bottle. After all of this craziness, I will never cruise with Royal Caribbean. I pray this review makes it to RC customer service dept. I have so much more to say. 4 out 10
