Sailed previously on NCL Encore to Alaska, and it was fabulous. The Epic, however needs to be dry docked - or sunk. The service was terrible. The food in most instances was deplorable. The cabins are very uncomfortable; barely any water pressure in the shower. Most of the entertainment previously advertised did not exist, Pricilla Queen of the Desert was not offered. The Beatles only played in the Epic Theater, not in the Cavern Club. Very few activities offered onboard except for Trivia games. Very little seating in the Atrium to participate in activities. For the most part only Latin music was played at the pool deck. Only 2 pools were open. No indication before arriving on the ship that there was an $18 pp charge to enter the Ice Bar. Chair covers in handicap section of the Garden Cafe were filthy. At least three times a day, the wait staff dropped trays of dishes. Very uncomfortable cruise!
Requested 2 twin beds when reservation was made, but they were pushed together and could not be separated. Layout was awful.
