This was the Dave Koz Cruise 2023. It was booked back in 2019 for 2021 then had to be cancelled due to Covid. The service on this ship was HORRIBLE. The Customer Service Desk was useless and the Food was very bad.

I admit that the Ports of Call on this cruise were amazing. The entertainment as always was some of the best. However, the service and the food were severely lacking. I have been on multiple Dave Koz cruises and this time the services was not up to par. I had to go to the Customer Service desk 11 times because I could not get into my room, my Key would just randomly stop working. I spent at least 10 hours of my trip at the Customer Service Desk. In addition, I agree with other Travelers that the food on this Cruise was not good at all. The service in the Main Dining Room was always extremely slow. I am looking forward to next years cruise, but regret that it will be on the same ship again. I will be posting on Yelp and any other website that I can find about the severe lack of service I received on this cruise. Something should absolutely be done before we sail next year in 2024.
