We were originally doing this cruise with two other couples a few years ago, but the dreaded covid interfered with our original plans.

Overall, Celebrity seem to be one of a minority of cruise lines who have recovered better than most after the pandemic. There’s no shortage of staff, who are as good as ever. The food is up to the usual Celebrity standard. In fact in certain areas such as soups they seemed to have raised the bar. The food in the MDR and Oceanview was fine, lots of choice and variety and lots of options.

Infinity is (I think?) the only ship in the fleet that hasn’t been completely refurbished and updated, so parts of the ship are a little “traditional”, but nothing that could detract from the overall ambience.
