I had no ac and they just gave me a fan. Then they never reimbursed me for the bubble package when I upgraded to the cheers package they told me I had to wait this to meet is very unacceptable and the clientele on the ship there was people peeing in corners of the ship and constant fights and also people trying to jump overboard, no music was had except for on the Lido deck and the kids were just running around and nobody said anything to them by pushing me out of the way since I was handicap Everyone said how good the food is on the carnival, but it was just like a cafeteria. The disembark they stated was on level seven then at the last minute they stated that it was on level six so over 1000 people had to either carry their baggage down a flight of stairs, and the handicap people like myself had to wait 45 minutes for an elevator to just go down one flight of stairs. The shows were never stated what kind of shows so you had no idea and I brought clothes for every night that there was supposed to be a party, but in the flyer it never stated when those parties actually were so therefore I could not participate the only show that was good, was the piano bar with ****, and the only two dining experiences that we had that were very good. Was the Italian restaurant with*** , and also the steak house everything else tasted microwavable and on deck eight the bar lady was very rude and around the ship. The waiters for your drinks would only come around every 2 to 3 hours. It seems like carnival just caters to the people that gamble on board one day we had security come to our room saying that they were checking our locks, but they only came to our room which I thought was very unacceptable since we were not doing anything whatsoever and they actually lied and said that they were checking the locks , there was also several people that were locked in the rooms for whatever reason and security standing in front of the rooms when security should be walking the hallways and taking care of the people peeing on the deck or vomiting in the pools or fighting among the different floors. To complain at the first day about my AC and them not coming to my room, but giving me a fan and then going down to guest services again and speaking to *** and her stating that they’ll try to fix it to me, was not right, and she did not try to reimburse me for, the uncomfortableness that I experienced in my room I was just told to keep my blinds closed. Yes, I did have a key card in the doors were shut. I would turn on the AC. It would only work for if five minutes and then turn off with it being humid you could not sleep in the room at all. They only accommodate two people that gamble and they do not care about anybody else on the ship and they are not willing to give you a reimbursement of any kind or even an apology for AC not working or the bubble package that I’m supposed to be reimbursed for. The dining room service was very slow, and the food tasted like cardboard. No one acknowledged us, except for the 555 dining by our name and also the Italian restaurant acknowledges by our name with *** and ****s the bars were overpacked you could not get a drink and the waiters were very slow never seen the captain. He only came on the intercom wants to tell us what the temperature was, and how fast he was going. The Director of the ship would just advertise about the casino and sale items not what was really going on that day. You could only get certain drinks on certain levels. Our anniversary for 30 years was never addressed by anyone on the ship when we were told when we booked it that we would get a cake and that it would be very special. Instead, I got a happy birthday that was addressed to somebody else for my room. The travel agent that I used called me a day before I could leave on my cruise and stated the wrong ship that I was going on and then corrected themselves. When you use a travel agent, it’s supposed to be so
