We are Seniors on our 16th cruise using several different cruise companies. I was extremely impressed by the Joy and it's staff who went out of the way to help and please. The ship was very clean and public areas were always fresh with no piles of stacked plates on the floor or pool area. With a mobility issue, I was wheel chaired onto the ship and off.

Plus in Bermuda, I was able to navigate the long pier by wheelchair and on our return, taken directly to our cabin. I thought this was valuable to report for anyone with a accessibility issue. Just make sure you report this to the Access Dept. before hand.

Balcony cabin was comfortable and kept clean by our attendant. Could have been a tad bigger. Food was mediocre and sometimes cold or not hot enough. I like chilled orange juice and most mornings it was warm. Overall the food was good with Prime Ribs many nights. Desserts were the best.

Bermuda is lovely and very clean. The citizens are very polite and friendly and love to show you their island.
