Staff overall is great. Loved the dance shows, loved the "mustache" guy sorry I lost his name, loved some of the photo staff, dancers/singers great, dining room staff was hit or miss, I Mean table 169 wonderful!! Arnawa is amazing!!! The girl going around with the shots wonderful! Ports were great, excursions were fantastic, highly recommend zipline in Skagway and the crab boat in Ketchikan! From here you are lacking from any other cruise we have ever have with Carnival. Expect lots of lines, food is closed/not working/ served to you in either micro portion or way too much no in between. You will be told no a lot. You may get yelled at even, dont mistakenly order pizza incorrectly even if your first time at the pizza station! If you ask for something a certain way ie go to burger station and only want fries and immediately ask for fries only you will get a burger and fries even when you repeatedly say no only fries. (Only 1 example) Also as a vegetarian you have a lot of options! I was pleasantly surprised how vegetarian friendly this was and how easy I could make options vegetarian. Go to the taco station and ask for black beans and rice only! It is on the burrito side but only after 1 no they gave me black beans and rice from that time on. But the reverse if you want beef taco they will not because it is burrito only, this was a common complaint I heard. If you are used to sitting at the same table in the restaurant each night do not pick anytime seating. Only late seating gets same seating. Also if you do not have the app you will not be able to do most things and you will get negative looks and attitude. The front desk is not helpful and is pointless. Besides a necessity item for a family member until the shop was open no other time we went to the desk did they actually help or do anything for us. Do not try to call your steward or knock on the steward door, never there never answers. Another family member room their steward just kept telling them no to everything they asked for. Common statement heard around the ship daily, worst cruise ever. Every line we stood in for any reason or anywhere we were this was a common statement made from peoplewe didn't know. This was my 6th cruise, probably 10th or 11th for another family member and 7th or 8th for another, we all had this same statement too.
