A rebooked cruise, due to Covid. It was my retirement cruise. Have been loyal to NCL since 2013. Always enjoyed our experiences. This cruise changed those feelings. Our room steward was fantastic! Our cabin was perfect for us. Comfortable and decor was very nice. Balcony furnishings were a nice upgrade. The ship was so choppy. Too much space dedicated to race tracks, etc. The pool area was an obvious afterthought. Terrible. Bar staff was miserable, with the exception of the more seasoned. So many unhappy crew on this sailing. Specialty dining was good. Only exception, was one experience in Le Bistro. The French Onion soup tasted like pure salt. Couldn't eat it and sent it back. Indulge Food Hall was amazing! We would have been happy to dine there everyday as we are not big eaters .Love tapas meals! Worst of all, we got Covid during this sailing. We took every precaution and were fully vaccinated, as well as being negative the day before we cruised. Pretty much dampened our Christmas .We will stick to the Breakaway Plus ships in the future. Too much packed into a smaller space on Prima. Miss the beautiful Observation lounge! Prima observation lounge was so small and very cold. Shows were okay. Customer service wasn't very good. They were unfriendly and unhappy, as well .It was a very different experience than we were accustomed to with NCL. And, too many non functioning elevators. Really? Just going to chalk it up to a bust for Prima.
