Cabin: Deluxe Balcony

I traveled with my sister on a 7 night balcony room with MSC. I have cruised many times, 1st time on MSC.

Embarkation-went well. We were scheduled for 1pm and were on by noon. Uber dropped offed across the street form the west entrance. Small line but it moved quickly. We did leave 2 hours late but they may have been waiting on some people to come in on flights. They did bust my luggage up but the service desk gave me a fair credit for it.

Cabin-probably ready about 130pm. Cabin was fine. Room for two of us. Cabin steward did an excellent job. Yes, the shower is small. They do provide shampoo and body wash. Quiet for the most part. We could at times hear the small kids next door and the l lady on the other side was a loud talker, plus someone always at her door at 7am. No fault of MSC. Beds were hard, my sister loved it. The steward put an extra duvet under my sheet to help me. They do not offer the foam pads.

I think they could use a few more shops with local items. The lighthouse show was wonderful!
