Spent two weeks on Allure starting on May 7th and I'm sorry to say there were many disappointments. Quality & Quantity of food has significantly declined and that was across all venues, esp. the Specialty Restaurants where the prices are way to high. Pinnacles not staying in a Grand Suite or above could not have breakfast in Coastal Kitchen and were allowed to have breakfast in Chops, where the toast was served 15 min before the cold overcooked breakfast finally arrived. Next tried Johnny Rockets and that was just as bad. The days that we had breakfast we ate in the Main Dining Room and that was good in both service and food quality. Of the Specialty Restaurants we ate at, 150 was the worst, followed by Chops and Giovanni's, the best being Izumi's. While the quality of food in Coastal Kitchen left much to be desired each and every day out Waiter TJ was outstanding and should be the Manager.

Bobby, the Cruise Director and Headliner left us flat, while the real breath of fresh air was Amie the Loyalty Ambassador. The Master did not appear to be the typical Ambassador for RCI and only appeared at the Top Tier Event. Our Cabin Attendant was outstanding and we enjoyed our interaction with him.

Unfortunately we believe RCI has lost site of what has made them the company they are today and the loyalty of those of us that have brought them to where they are.
