We went on a two week European honeymoon, the last week of it was a seven day cruise on the resilient lady, it was its first maiden voyage, upon getting there, we decided to upgrade our limited view package to a full midship Seaview, we also had the romance package originally. When we purchased this upgrade, it did not transfer to our new cabin, we had no idea of this until we talk to other sellers and found out some of the things they were receiving in there, romance package. The ship seem to have been under sold so they had the staff mingle in with the sailors during shows giving it a look like a full ship, during one show their staff, along with friends that were brought other staff, we’re talking so much that my wife could not even hear the show, I had to confront the staff member and ask him to leave. Definitely not good considering the cost of the trip, since it was the maiden voyage, there was some as the building of the ship that wasn’t taking a good look at, there was screws inside our cabin that were under the desk that caught one of my wife’s favorite dresses and ripped it, when we explained stuff to seller services they just kind of said oh well, no apologies and put their nose up at us, then, on the final day, we get a sheet on our bed, asking for a five star review, we went to seller services again, and they dropped the Romance package from our final cost, didn’t care about my wife’s damaged dress, made no attempt to satisfy us due to their staff, and the interactions we had to have telling them to be quiet and leave, it seems they have a lot to learn as far as customer service, hopefully as the ship continues to learn they will become better at that. We would love to sail again. Just not sure if it will be on the resilient lady

Cabin Review

Since it was brand new, there was not a good QC of the cabin, there were screws that were not sunk all the way on furniture, causing one of my wife’s favorite dress to be destroyed, virgin did not seem to care about this would not compensate or do anything in regards to the dress just kind of said oh well

Port Reviews

Athens (Piraeus)

The port was great, except, informing us that our current upgrades would be transferred when we purchased additional upgrades, they never were causing us to miss out on them
