Wanted to try Virgin having cruised a number of other cruise lines before (RCCL, Celebrity, Azamara, PG, OCEANIA, Seabourne).
What a breath of fresh air Virgin brings to the cruising industry!
Crew were genuine, attentive and helpful without hovering. From what we could gather Virgin treats their staff very well which means happy crew and therefore happy customers.
Cabin Review
Modern and clean design, very functional. Bed and bedding as better than most. Only critique is basin in bathroom very small compared to higher end cruise lines. My wife would have preferred a softer toilet paper.
Entertainment system worked well with exception of one glitch that needed it to be reset on one occasion. Sadly no option to connect own devices to TV.
