We booked with Carnival for my sister’s 30th birthday. It was my first time on a cruise and I loved it! The food was amazing, the room was spacious and clean, and there was never a dull moment with so much to do on the ship. However, what captured my loyalty was the service from all of the staff. Every crew member I encountered was pleasant, polite, and helpful. I would like to thank my cabin person Pedro, Pedro was amazing and catered so much to us that my 4 year old knew him by name. Gede at the tequila bar is an exceptional bartender. Not only did he make amazing drinks, his ability to make remember orders and efficiency was outstanding. Robby and Eliana in the main dining room were very attentive and knew the best way for everyone to enjoy dinner was to get the kid’s food out first. They even catered to my kids’ dietary needs. Jefferson at the pub took constant care of my family and ensured our drinks were always amazing. There are so many others who made this cruise extra special and I wish I had their names, but thank you to all at the Carnival Sunrise for making this first experience one to forever remember!
