Embarkation was a nightmare. We waited for quite some time even after having a 10:30 check-in time. We waited until almost 1:00 to get on the ship. Check-in was a long time then getting through the metal detectors was a long time. Other cruise lines seem to process passengers quicker and more efficiently.

We had a Suite cabin on Deck 14. The cabin was great! Lots of room and the cabin was spotless. Double sinks, turndown service each day and our room steward, Raj, was so efficient that we would leave for 10 minutes, come back and the cabin was cleaned and prepped again. Probably the best cabin steward we have ever had on our 14 cruises. We were not in The Haven cabins, so we can't comment on what that is like, however we talked to many people and they said a suite with the Vibe is the way to go.

Food was okay in the specialty restaurants with the exception of the Italian themed location. We ate in the smaller main dining areas (Savor & Taste) on 7 of the nights, the remaining 4 we ate in extra cost restaurants. The food in their main dining area was passable but the fish was always served very overcooked and dry. The service was also just passable, with long waits on several occasions.
