Loyal to Royal for 20 years with over 40 cruises with them. After the pandemic we booked the Allure,( reviewed here ) which was a mixed bag but specifically bad Main Dining Room food and then Oasis very good food because we only did Specialty Dining because of our Allure experience. Had a horrible service experience being outright lied to when we had a leak and smell problem in all the cabins in our area, (review posted here also) about other cabin availability and told we had to pay to move. By third night all of a sudden cabins were available. Shameful to treat customers this way. Trying to get extra money and keeping us in a damp and smelly cabin.

Here comes Harmony. Managed our expectations and completely stayed away from MDR. Specialty dining Chops, amazing as always with great service,150 Central Park amazing with spectacular service, Jamie’s Kitchen amazing with great service, Sabor very good food and service, The solarium Bistro was excellent with excellent service and then closed it out with the Windjammer last night for dinner which was very good! Better than MDR in our previous experiences.

Breakfast once in MDR, just ok, Lunch once in MDR also ok, the rest Park Cafe, great salads and sandwiches, Little Bites on Deck 15 very good! The shows were spectacular, Grease amazing, The Fine Line Water show not to be missed, incredibly talented cast, the ice show fantastic and the Comedy Club outstanding comedians! Staff was friendly and great service. We almost pulled the plug on RCCL. Had gone on Disney Cruise after our Allure, Oasis experience and WOW. Amazing food, service and entertainment. Tried MSC also and was good so Harmony saved the day for RCCL and us. Read more
