Excellent First Yacht Club Experience but not perfect.

First cruise with MSC and specifically chose it to try the Yacht Club. We were not disappointed and really enjoyed the experience and perks associated with this class.
The main thing to point out and this is something everyone says but it's true, is the crew are amazing. Every single one of them work incredibly hard and always have a smile and a friendly greeting no matter how busy they are. It's clear that their primary focus is ensuring you have a great time and they are very good at it.
In particular our Butler Pankaj was a star. Friendly, courteous, professional and efficient. He was always available when needed and happy to assist with any issues you had going above and beyond in our case to source the last 3 cans of Coke Zero on the ship for my wife who is teetotal as the ship only had Pepsi Max which she's not a fan of.
Cabin Review
Yacht Club Deluxe Suite
in the Yacht Club, Starboard side, same floor as the Concierge desk and Top Sail Lounge so very convenient and not noisy at all. Rooms are lovely and ours was maintained beautifully by Imen our Housekeeper who did an amazing job.
Only criticisms would be that there is a severe lack of plugs. Only a couple at the desk which are recessed so wouldn't accept our multi charger, however luckily we had brought one of our old EU ones so were able to use that. No USB plugs or indeed any plugs at the side of the bed which really shouldn't be the case in this day and age.
Bathroom is a bit small for a Yacht Club suite for which you are paying a premium.
