Chose it cause it was going out of NYC. Was going to save money.... HA!!!! Have sailed 3 times previously with NCL. Love the company. Hated this ship.. They squeezed everything into the ship and then put go carts that took up 3 levels on top of ship and made it awful. Wet bathing suits everywhere. The Buffett was way too small. The pool was way too small for the amount of people on the ship. The staff were not smiling. Seemed like they have heard the same reviews over and over. Smoking area one on the ship. Couldn't get a reservation for any of the specialty dining. The vibe, which we were told to get on early too book was already sold out by the time we got on. Complained, never heard from the company. They are charging full pricing, and delivering on nothing. Never saw the cruise director. Lines for customer service desk was never shorter then 30 minutes... Total fail.
