We have sailed on Viking before and we enjoyed it. This cruise surpassed our expectations. The staff was attentive and good natured. The food was delicious and varied every night. If you are lucky enough to go on this cruise, go for it. The dinner in the chateau made me feel like I was in a Hollywood movie. The extension in Paris was also fun. Although the weather was not cooperative. We were well taken care of under the Viking umbrella until the very end, In fact, a representative even met us in the airport to help us with check in.

Our Bordeaux excursions were light and enjoyable. We drank some very nice wines and met some interesting winemakers. We learned quite a lot about wine, Thankfully we are fans both of Wine and France so it was a perfect fit.
