This was our first Viking Cruise and we couldn’t be happier with all the experiences we had aboard the Viking Kari! The crew was exceptional, the food was delicious, and the excursions were outstanding. Our cabin was very clean. The staff was very attentive to our needs. The onboard entertainment was very enjoyable. There were many food options throughout our voyage and we really liked the regional menu at dinner. Our trip to Omaha Beach was the highlight. It was a very informative and emotional trip that we will never forget. Our guides on the excursions were very knowledgeable and gave us meaning to the sites we toured. I recommend taking as many of the included excursions as possible. We added extra days to the trip and would recommend doing so. It helped having Viking arrange this for us and they made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy the extra days on our own. We look forward to another Viking adventure in the future!
