I readed a lots of bad reviews about Costa Smeralda. Most of them are from Covid time, so I don't know if it was due to restrictions or Costa Smeralda improved the services but I have only good experiences with travelling on Costa Smeralda. The ship is nice, very clean, food was really good and the stuff was very nice and friendly. I Was afraid at first that so big ship will be overcrowded but it was ok. Back of the ship was more noisy, with loud music and more entertainment for family with kids and young people and front of the ship ship was silent and more relaxing for older guests. The bars and lounges was nice. There was some disco for young guests, some shows in the middle of the ship but my favorite was jazz bar on back of the ship. So I really enjoyed the cruise and Im willing go again.
