This was our first trip to France. The staff on our Viking riverboat were amazing. They were always friendly and helpful. The service they provided was the best. Our excursions were phenomenal, provided by knowledgeable guides. Having an included tour daily as well as additional choices allowed us to explore the cities in depth.The food was delicious, served promptly by a staff always happy to meet any requests. The facilities on board were clean and comfortable. Our stateroom was serviced twice a day. It was a junior suite having a door between the bedroom and the sitting area, which was great when we had different wake up and sleep schedules. There was plenty of storage for our belongings with roomy drawers and shelves. The bathroom also had plenty of storage space. The laundry service provided was fabulous.Everything sent out before breakfast was always returned after lunch perfectly cared for. I could not ask for a better experience.
