We decided to try Viking because of the comments of friends who share our opinions and because we do not care for floating overcrowded cities. We found the Viking Venus was the perfect size for us. The accommodations were were elegant but not gaudy. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs even when it wasn't necessary. The food choices were very good and the quality exceeded any other cruise line we have tried. Nothing is overlooked the staff is there to attend to your every need without it feeling like they are forced to do it.

Everything about the vacation was planned in detail.. the airplane flights were scheduled just right. When we arrived at the destination airport we were greeted ang again the transfer was seamless after embarkation the cruise was smooth and comfortable- the only problem was that it had to come to a conclusion -we weren’t ready to go home

Everything was so good that we booked two more trips with Viking.
