Was really disappointed with this cruise. Was recommended by sister who went on a princess cruise to Alaska years ago and the experience was wonderful. This time from arrival to the ship to the disembarking was a nightmare!! No one seemed to know what was going on. Was late leaving the port in Seattle which cut into the time spent at other ports and excursions. Never left the ship in Victoria because arrived to late. The food was awful and limited, room service was non existing!! How hard is it to get coffee delivered to your cabin? Alaska was beautiful and will see again but will never take a princess cruise again. Have chosen not to recommend your cruise line to all my friends and family!! Chandra our cabin boy kept our room clean and supplied. That is the positive point of the cruise. Elevators were out of service anywhere from 1 to 3 at a time
