Embarkation - We were allocated a 3pm boarding time but arrived at the terminal at 10am due to travel arrangements. We were given the sea pass cards and were waiting in the terminal because the ship wasn't ready for the new guests. I found other guests to be impatient and rude in this area, they were completely ignoring the announcements delaying the process further.
