This ship has a lot of positive coverage on YouTube, but we feel the reality fell short. The main problem was the lack of ocean views and this is probably the main reason we didn’t enjoy the cruise compared to smaller ships. The only place with good water views is the buffet. Everywhere else feels like a high end mall or Las Vegas. If you don’t have a balcony room, you can easily go the whole day without seeing the sea. The other problem area is food. Really none of our meals stood out. Everything was just Ok. The specialty restaurant, Hooked, was a particular let down for the high additional price. Drinks prices were exceptionally high. 2 cocktails came to $36 Inc. tax and gratuity. Main dining was a zoo at the entrance some nights. Highlight was room service and our balcony cabin which was spacious with a large balcony and lots of storage.
