We chose this ship for the itinerary. The Caribbean, Panama Canal, and Alaska were booked back to back to back for 31 days, same cabin. It was fantastic. The staff were so wonderful. Everyone made every effort to ensure we had a great time, and that we got everything we needed. Our room steward was always there to take care of everything with the cabin as well as keep us up to date on schedules, events on the ship, and ports. Our wait staff and bartenders got to know us, called us by name regularly, and mostly knew our preferences before we asked. The entertainment staff were top notch. Felicia in the Piano Bar, and BA Quartet in the Red Frog Pub were outstanding. Diversity of music, and excellent playing made the nights wonderful. The show performers were excellent. The shows were fabulous. Cruise Director and Fun Squad were everything, everywhere, all at once delivering a wide range of games and entertainment (what seemed to be) at all hours. The ship sparkled clean in all corners and on all decks. Even the scrapes left after the passage through the Panama Canal were painted out quickly, and it seemed the ship was in constant state of crew checking, evaluating, and improving. I want to sail this ship again!
