My husband, two 20-something sons and I were on this 7 day cruise out of Galveston to Roatan, Costa Maya and Cozumel. This was our first cruise on RCL, and my sons' first cruise anywhere. This ship seemed to be completely full, so waits for elevators were common as were lines at the main dining rooms for dinner. The wait for an elevator to disembark at the end of the cruise was particularly bad.

Food was generally ok, but nothing particularly special in the MDR. We also had dinners at Giovannis, 150 Park and Chops. There were much better choices there. There is plenty of selection at Windjammers to let everyone find what they want, as long as you don't mind buffet and crowds.

It was hard to get reservations for the shows and we weren't inclined to stand in line to wait on stand-by. So the only show we saw was Mama Mia. Meh.

Cabin Review

Tiny space with not a lot of drawer space, but adequate for a 7 day cruise. Tiny bathroom and shower.

Port Reviews

Costa Maya

We took the tubing adventure at the Lagoon of Seven Colors. It was fun, but it is a LONG (90 minute) drive to the Lagoon. I also recommend wearing water shoes there.

Cozumel

The Dolphin Experience. This was on the coolest things I have ever done in my life. Swimming with the dolphin was amazing.

Roatan

Catamaran and snorkeling. The crew of the Jolly Roger was outstanding. The snorkleing was beautiful. Lunch was meh.
