Things we liked: wonderful boat and amenities, the crew was kind and hard-working, and the food was good for the most part. The ports were great and we liked the setup of the ship. Service and food in Murano was exceptional, best place to eat by a long shot.

Things we didn't like: service in MDR was very rushed, we felt hustled along to order and eat, food was good though. Service in Tuscan Grill was confused, numerous staff all came up asking for our order over and over again even after we had ordered, food was okay but not any better than the buffet, not worth the extra money - we would not eat there again. The buffet was good, the usual buffet fare, can get very busy at times.

The spa experience was rushed as well, we did a couples massage and they hurried us to undress and then gave us no time to get our clothes back on afterward before they started some high-pressure sales of products while we barely had any clothes on yet - it was inappropriate and not a good way to end a massage - I don't think we would use the spa again due to this reason.
