We chose this cruise for the itinerary and the 3.7 reviews. Someone must have gotten paid to give them a decent rating. Perhaps the specialty dining would have been worth eating but we actually lost weight on a 20 day cruise because I refuse to pay extra for food that should be part of the cruise The tea was tea flavored beverage. The orange juice was Orange juice cocktail. Grilled fish....what kind of fish?.....grilled. you get the picture? The ship broke in columbia. Everyone returning from shore had to be checked in by hand. No air conditioning, etc. Some people had to sleep on the deck. At least 2 cabins were flooded. No explanations for anything. Non-functioning doors (go around please). Out of ice. Out of lemonade. Cancelled Costa Rica and Nicaragua entirely and cancelled one of our excursions in Huatulco without exp!anation. Most of our excursions were not as they were described on the ncl site. you should bring your own soap and shampoo as theirs is mostly water. The mattresses should have been disposed of a couple years ago. Unless you are a drinker, there really isn't much to do other than watch the 4 tv channels. The evening entertainment was ok about half the time. we were ready to swim home.
