We chose the cruise based on the legacy of Princess, the newer ship, and a European itinerary. Unfortunately, it was a big disappointment overall.

The cabin, a mini suite was wonderful, the ship is beautiful, and the staff is fantastic. I sailed with Celebrity to Alaska in an older Solstice ship and did enjoy the upgrades. The specialty dining was excellent and worth the extra money. Pizza , too, was excellent. The two major shows were also okay for a cruise ship.

Unfortunately, the negatives outweigh the positives. The food was extremely disappointing in the main dining room, and in the bistro. The buffet breakfast was acceptable but nothing great. Also, the Buffett was disgusting for lunch.

Cabin Review

Very comfortable and exceptionally clean. I think mini suite is an exaggeration, but the full size bathroom and closet were a plus. The bed and bedding were wonderful.
