The only things that were excellent on this cruise were the entertainment and laundry service. The food was good but not great and the slow sit-down service pushed you toward the buffets (which I do not like). The excursion were only fair, going to some very poor locations. The worst part of the trip was that we had essentially NO WiFi in our 2 cabins and the IT specialist knew that there were cabins without service, suggesting we just keep the door open or step out into the hallway! What, are you kidding. You really want me to only use WiFi in the hallway? Is that what Regent calls ultra-luxury? When I complained about this after the cruise I got very long but unresponsive emails. It was like I bought a full priced ticket for the opera and received a seat that was blocked by a pillar.

I do not think I will ever travel with RSSC again. Our experience did not compare to SilverSeas!
