MSC’s policy is you have to cancel a shore excursion 48 hours in advance. Thursday evening I tried to cancel excursion for Saturday because thunderstorms are predicted in Genoa and we have a four hour walking tour. They refused to cancel the tour or refund our excursion because only 36 hours away instead of 48 hours. MSC policy is that they never cancel tour because of rain or thunderstorms they would rather have guest get hurt and slip and fall. MSC DOESN’T put the safety of guest first. They provide a disposable raincoat, not sufficient for a walking tour.

The food is terrible in main dining rooms and the specialty restaurants are worse.

The buffet is a cafeteria very load and crowded.
