EVERYTHING CLOSES AT 1130 -1200 even on the night they move back an hour at 2:00am. Its a vacation that feels like a prison for the elderly. I just want enough time to use my drink package but ya know be sober until noon. I dont understand why people choose to lie, if I ordef something that has chanterelle mushrooms on it and I receive buttons I feel cheated. This applies to things labeled chanterelle at caneletto and "wild/foraged mushroom" anything elsewhere. You just get button or baby Bella (same mushroom different growing conditions ) how can I trust the steak at pinnacle is prime now? I just feel like I wasted my time pre planning my order and thus far each dinning experience I've had the staff had to apologized for the kitchen being backed up before taking my order ...main dining and caneletto

I thought the smaller ship would be more intimate and alaska would be a great fresh seafood opertunity. But it just seems dated and dingy for 100 more per person I should've gone out of Seattle not Vancouver I guess.

Additionally they seem to not explain any changes to passengers, there was a significant change in the drink package 3 months ago and I've had to help crew explain it to elderly passengers3 times in 36 hours of cruising because it wasn't explained amd most people booked their cruise more than 3 months in advance. I feel like a translator between crew and passengers on top of being misled about how late the bars are open other than the service while dining I feel like an employee more than a cruiser,I'm not new to this ive been on the neiuw statendam and mardi gras within the last 12 months ....just confused to why everything seems difficult this time around.
