My mother, aunt, cousin, and I spent a week aboard the AMADante as we cruised along the Seine. The excursions were wonderful but I am writing this review about the crew and staff. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. If they even thought you were in need of something, they were right there with it! Alex Stan was our Cruise Manager and he was fun, energetic (Wakie, wakie!), and great at his job. One of the river locks was not functioning such that we could not reach our first port for the excursion. He quickly scrambled tour buses and redirected guides to ensure the day and sights were saved! Our restaurant and bar staff quickly learned our drinks and always had them ready. The rooms were cleaned to perfection and any technical or repair issue was handled immediately. I cannot say enough about the crew, they were just first class.
