Things I wish I knew before taking the Bliss:

1. When they lose your luggage, make them give you a form. Even if you talk to Guest Services several times and they call the luggage supervisor, nothing gets done until a written form is turned in. Wish we knew that before spending the first day and a half without luggage.

2. The food quality is mediocre. The restaurant food tastes like something out of Costco’s freezer section. Food budget has been cut down to the bone and there is not even a hint of luxury left.

Cabin Review

Mid-ship Mini-Suite with Balcony

Clean and comfortable - housekeeping staff was excellent.
