Talk about waits. We waited hours to get a bus from Newark to the port to board ship. Nobody knew what they were doing and when more buses were coming. First night never notified of time change. Stood in a line for 3 hours to hand in my duty papers before we got to the UK. Four days straight at sea with nothing to do due to icebergs. Late for excursions because two tenders broken down for transportation to Dun Loighrie. Food not so good. Cagney’s and French restaurants good. Printer broken on board so could not print boarding pass for return trip home. Turned off our internet hours before we disembarked. Home flight had to fly to Toronto with long layover, them on to Philadelphia. Later found out half full straight through flight went to Philly.Took me over 22 hours to get home. Tried to call when I got home and nobody wanted to hear anything. Received a form letter thanking me for feedback. On a positive note housekeeping staff was excellent. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.I booked on Viking yesterday for next cruise.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin nice and was clean. Bed was sooooo comfy. Could have kept drawers from opening and closing in rough seas
