Sail Date: Mar 2023

After sailing on Viking Orion during Oct 2022 and providing feedback, along with many other Australian passengers, one would consider that it would be acted upon. However, much to my disappointment this has not been the case.

Australians love their coffee but on Viking Orion it is awful. From day one the coffee beans appear to be old without any taste. Even a double or triple shot fails to improve the quality of a poorly made coffee with UHT milk.

Being given a cabin with damage on a wall and previous damage to the floor of the shower, not to mention the black hairs and food morsels under the furniture and bed on embarkation gives the cruise passenger that has paid over $860 a night pp a great deal of disappointment.
