This was our first cruise and we really liked it. Everyone was really friendly. The main dining was delicious and the staff there are awesome. Christopher from main Dinning was super cool with my kids, always asking my son (guapito) what he'll like and go out of his way to assist us, so did Deepak. Room service is aways on it with the cleaning ,specially Mark in deck 9. Can missed Mr washy washy (Argel) in Windjammer deck 11 making it fun to wash your hands. The pools are okay, but the slides make it worth it. You'll have fun. Took my 11 year old daughter, my 5 year old son,my 1 year old daughter, and my wife,we all had lots of fun. I do recommend this to any family. The shows/entertainment is fun. You also get a comedian, skate show, show girl, karaoke night. We had the 4 session show. Try it.
