We choose this cruise because it was advertised as, "the most luxurious cruise and an unparalleled experience".
The transfer from airport to our hotel was badly organised. Following a 13 hour flight and over an hour spent in immigration, we were expected to wait indefinitely for guests arriving on the flights which had not as yet landed.
The food in the La Veranda was poor in quality, variety and presentation. The crockery and cutlery were at times stained and had a poultry or meat odour. The same odour was carried in salads.
Cabin Review
The cabin was well proportioned and comfortable. There was good storage space. We had a balcony.
