So this was my 16th Cruise but my fiances' 1st. I want to start off by talking about the good points. The food was good. The port Bermuda was amazing. Most of the staff were nice. The ship is immaculate and gorgeous.
Now for the bad which had I had taken the reviews seriously I should have never booked this ship.
1. We stayed in the Haven.. Not what I expected. Our butler was OK but did nothing special for us. He got aggravated if we ordered room service (which we did one time). He said he was not able to stock our fridge with water or soda (which is ridiculous with the price we paid) He did not show us around the room and explain how to work the lights(horrible) like other people said there butler did.

The cabin was nice and the balcony was amazing. The bathroom was right next to the bed so it was hard to get in and out of
