The title says it all, this is the Walmart of cruises. Yes, Carnival weekend trips from Los Angeles to Mexico are clearly the cruise line version of the proverbial booze cruise, so you should expect a somewhat different type of cruise then what is normal in the cruise experience, but this is even worse.

The Bad

The food is atrocious and the service abysmal. Like others have said the Guy Fieri Burgers and the Shaq chicken are the only decent food. And the Shaq chicken is even borderline. The Pizza is not as bad as others have said, but nothing to write home about.
