We chose this Cruise line for our honeymoon celebration from referral from family and friends

It was the worst decision that I ever made on day one I found out my TV did not work my AC did not work correctly the massage department had new people in it other people were complaining they tried to give me the same massage girl they were complaining about sauna and steam room broke and was not fixed I asked to speak to manager they never let you speak to a manager on the ship or off the ship I called the 800 number no one answers I checked all the rooms that my family was in their air conditioner worked their TV worked I had made multiple complaints to the front desk the third day in an assistant manager called me at 10:30 at night I had one day left at that point still haven't spoken to management was truly a terrible experience on our way home from our excursion we found out that one crew member was sick why it was not handled at Port with medical services or flight out I have no clue but they made an announcement that they will need to go full steam ahead got half the boat sick sailing back like that including my wife she did not leave the cabin for 2 days I can't even explain how horrified I am that I still haven't talked to management people arguing and yelling up and down the Halls 15 ft from the front desk no one addressed it this is at 12:30 at night I had to go out the room and address it myself they are truly the Walmart Cruise of the seas
