We originally chose this tour in 2020 and we all know what happened then! We chose this tour to experience the Danube, Main and Rhine rivers in one trip and because my heritage dates back to the 1700s in Germany. The trip was beyond our wildest expectations. The itinerary is fabulous as were the tours. Service on the ship was top notch. The food was excellent and plentiful. We felt at home and will definitely do another Viking Cruise. We did optional tours in Budapest (Living museum), Vienna (Wine Dinner) and the Cologne Beer tour. We highly recommend all of the optional tours we experienced.

The two day extension in Budapest was an excellent choice. Budapest is an interesting city, clean and many culinary delights. We had great tour guides in Budapest and for that matter on the entire tour.

We are already looking at taking another Viking River Cruise!

Cabin Review

Deluxe Stateroom

Even though our cabin was a water level, the room was more than adequate. We only slept in our room, the rest of the time we were off the ship or enjoying the river from the spacious lounge or upper deck
