We decided to try Princess Cruises for our first post-COVID cruise. We have been on 26 other cruises, all but one on Royal Caribbean or Celebrity. We purchased as a two week Caribbean cruise but it was also sold as 2 one week cruises. We chose a mini suite with the Princess Plus package. Here are a few of the issues we had:

- Notified two days before cruise that boarding times were changing due to Norovirus on the previous cruise and upgraded cleaning to be done. Found out on ship from cruisers that Norovirus had been on two cruises before also. Nororvirus has been consistently on this ship for weeks and yet Princess makes people think it’s something unusual. This was not reported on cruisetracker either. Was told it had to be over 300 cases to be reported.

- Due to Norovirus the self-service laundries (Another reason we were trying Princess) were shutdown. They offered to do one bag of laundry for $20 in 72 hours. We hand washed clothes in bathroom.
