Itinerary was excellent. Lisbon to Miami 19 days. Excellent ports of call full of history and geography and culture.

All of the staff on board SUN is wonderful. Assistant Cruise Director Carlisa is very friendly and welcoming.

During the renovations NCL added extra specialty restaurants which are not up to NCL standard. Moderno restaurant has very poor table service. Salad selection is poor.

Cabin Review

Aft-Facing Mini-Suite

Great cabin. 90**. An excellent viewing experience.

A lot of storage, dressing up areas. Separate bathroom and vanity areas.

DOWNSIDE:

Very noisy and constant vibrations from the side thrusters while docking in and sailing out of the harbour.

King size bed. Deep bathtub. Walk in closet, safe and a lot of drawers.

Large balcony with table and two comfortable chairs. Almost 180degrees view from the back of the ship.

A lot of electrical power plugs. A convenient fridge for cold storage.

Location of this state room is very convenient as garden cafe and other public facilities are on deck 11. Stairs and elevators near by for convenience.

An excellent service by our cabin assist AUGUS.

Port Reviews

Horta

Horta is a beautiful port in Faial Azores. A lot geological sites to explore. All within walking distance from the port.
