Wicked disappointed with our cruise, a lot of the things that we were looking forward to were either completely booked, unavailable, or not as advertised. You entire cabin runs off of a tablet but the Wi-Fi isn’t even powerful enough to make that work, then on our last day it stopped working completely (the tablet & the Wi-Fi). Which means we couldn’t control the lights or call for service. When the guy came to finally fix it, we just sent him away because we were finally sleeping. The beach club a Bimini had really bad quality food and it was no “late night or bonfire”. The events booked so fast that we didn’t get the chance to see one. And the food and bar areas were only open for a few hours each day, on a rotating schedule. Making it really annoying to navigate. I also purchased the higher Wi-Fi speed to try and get some work done but, even with the “higher” speed I wasn’t able to get it all done. There is also way too many seats and not enough activities (sitting in the sun is nice but not all day, everyday). Basically the small amount of things that were actually usable at anytime (swings, table games, etc.) were always being used because everything else was either closed or booked. The things that were nice were: food in the restaurants for diner, spacious rooms, adults only, most of the employees, the atmosphere. I would have liked to book another cruise with them but there were just too many disappointments to commit.
Wi-Fi sucked and the tablet that controls the room stopped working all together. Room was a good size but we had a limited view and the bathroom is really tiny.
Food sucked. Plenty of seating. Bars and food weren’t available all day.
Loved this day. We did the Tulum and
Río Secreto Natural Reserve shore thing and had a blast! Our guide Dianna was very knowledgeable and kind.
Embarking the ship was fine but disembarking was horrible. Long lines (even though we had time slots?) with employees just directing people to cut in wherever.
